State-certified general real estate appraiser Bob Behrle has been helping real estate professionals and their clients with their investments since 1991. His extensive assessments of properties and knowledge of various market types across the country have helped ensure prices are in line with fair market value — a crucial aspect of integrity in the real estate industry.

Backed by his Bachelor of Science in real estate and finance and an MAI membership designation from the Appraisal Institute achieved in 2000, Bob is an expert at evaluating any property in any market across the country. A Tampa, Florida, resident since 1994, Bob has lived all over Tampa and knows the neighborhoods and communities well.

After years of helping countless homebuyers with his expert appraisals and making several personal property investments of his own, Bob understands the excitement and uncertainty that can arise with any home purchase or sale. He looks forward to counseling each unique client with their real estate transactions to ensure a successful journey from start to finish. In his free time, Bob is an avid angler and enjoys barbecuing and spending time with his family and dachshund, Tucker. He recently took an interest in gardening and has an affinity for classic muscle cars. He hopes to procure a 1968 convertible Camaro in the near future.
